1. About Tatties
Tatties is a personal tattoo-tracking app that runs entirely in your browser. Your data is stored locally on your device. An optional account lets you sync your collection across devices.
2. Permitted use
Tatties is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer the app.
The optional account and cloud sync are meant for your own collection. Do not use them to store material that is unlawful or that you have no right to hold, and do not try to circumvent limits, automate uploads or otherwise put an unreasonable load on the service. Each account has a fair limit on storage and number of tattoos; the app tells you when you reach it. If an account is used in breach of these terms, we may suspend or delete it (including its cloud data), after a warning where reasonably possible. Your local collection on your device is not affected.
3. Your content
All tattoo photos and data you add remain yours. We make no claim of ownership over your content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any photos you upload.
4. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or any damages arising from your use of the app.
5. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
